Elderly Man Dies Following Fire in Mahaut

One News SVG has confirmed that an elderly man has died following a fire in the West Kingstown community of Mahoe (also spelled Mahaut).

The man, believed to be in his seventies, has not yet been formally identified. However, villagers have identified him solely as Kello.

The cause of the house fire, which occurred on Monday night (3 November), remains unknown.

Police are currently investigating the incident.
