Here Are the Places Where Candidates Must Be Nominated on November 10

The Parliament of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) was dissolved on Tuesday, 28 October 2025, paving the way for Nomination Day on Monday, 10 November 2025, and Election Day on Thursday, 27 November 2025.

The following are the locations and times at which candidates in each constituency must be nominated on Nomination Day.

According to the State-Owned Agency for Public Information (API), nomination papers may be delivered by candidates or their agents to the returning officer at the respective constituency between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on 10 November 2025.

Nomination papers may be obtained at the aforementioned locations and times. The returning officer will, upon request by any voter, prepare nomination papers for signature.

If the election is contested, the poll will take place on 27 November 2025.

Notice of Election, House of Assembly: Election for North Windward

An election is to be held for a member to serve in the House of Assembly for North Windward. Nominations will take place at the Sandy Bay Police Station between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on 10 November 2025. Nomination papers may be obtained at the police station. The returning officer will, upon request by any voter, prepare nomination papers for signature.

An election is to be held for a member to serve in the House of Assembly for North Central Windward. Nomination papers may be delivered by the candidate or their agent to the returning officer at Georgetown Police Station between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on 10 November 2025. Nomination papers may be obtained at the stated location and times.

An election is to be held for a member to serve in the House of Assembly for South Central Windward. Nomination papers may be delivered by the candidate or their agent to the returning officer at the San Souci Resource Centre between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on 10 November 2025.

An election is to be held for a member to serve in the House of Assembly for South Windward. Nomination papers may be delivered by the candidate or their agent to the returning officer at Biabou Police Station between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on 10 November 2025.

An election is to be held for a member to serve in the House of Assembly for Marriaqua. Nomination papers may be delivered by the candidate or their agent to the returning officer at Mesopotamia Police Station between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on 10 November 2025.

An election is to be held for a member to serve in the House of Assembly for East Kingstown. Nomination papers may be delivered by the candidate or their agent to the returning officer at CW Prescod Primary School between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on 10 November 2025.

An election is to be held for a member to serve in the House of Assembly for Central Kingstown. Nomination papers may be delivered by the candidate or their agent to the returning officer at Girl Guides Headquarters between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on 10 November 2025.

An election is to be held for a member to serve in the House of Assembly for Southern Grenadines. Nomination papers may be delivered by the candidate or their agent to the returning officer at the Tobago Cays Marine Park office between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on 10 November 2025.

REPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE ACT

NOTICE OF NOMINATION

Her Excellency the Governor-General having issued the writs for the Election of Members of the House of Assembly for all the Constituencies of the State, the Returning Officers of the said Constituencies will, on the 10th day of November 2025 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon at the places hereinafter mentioned, proceed to the nomination and if there is no opposition, to the election of members for the said Constituencies.

Forms of nomination papers may be obtained from the Returning Officers between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the 10th day of November 2025 at the places hereinafter mentioned.

Every nomination paper must be signed by any six or more electors qualified to vote in the Constituency of which the Candidate is seeking election, and be handed to the Returning Officer between the said hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.

No nomination paper shall be valid or acted upon by the Returning Officer unless it is accompanied by-

​(a)​the consent in writing of the person therein nominated;

​(b)​deposit of five hundred dollars in cash; and 

            (c)the required statutory declaration in Form 3 as set out in the Appendix to the House of Assembly Election Rules.

In the event of the election being contested, the Poll will take place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on 27th day of November 2025.
