Viral videos showing children being abused by an adult female are currently being investigated.

The videos purportedly filmed last year were released on social media in March 2025.

In one of the videos, a woman, reportedly a parent of the children is heard saying, “me fed up ah this. Me can’t get no rest, nobody can’t get no rest een yah” while she spanks a child.

Investigations have revealed that one of the children in the video died in November last year.

A relative of the deceased child reached out to us showing a Medical Certificate of Cause of Death, Number 32361 dated November 12, 2024, showing the cause of death as “Hypovolemic shock due to (or as a consequence of) blunt trauma to abdomen”.

It is not clear if there is any connection between the child’s death and reports of alleged abuse.

One News SVG understands that Social Services removed the children from their home , but they were subsequently repatriated.

Members of the family said they intend to go LIVE on Facebook at about 10:00 p.m. tonight (March 13).

This is a developing story and we will bring updates within established journalistic ethics as investigations continue.
