A young man is dead after being involved in a car crash on a section of the Windward Highway in Brighton area.
The young man whose exact age is yet to be confirmed has been identified as Courtney Harris.
The incident took place tonight (November 28).

The young man was wearing a t-shirt with New Democratic Party symbols indicating that he likely attended the party’s victory celebrations in Kingstown.
