The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Football Federation (SVGFF) has confirmed the resignation of Senior Men’s National Team Head Coach, Ezra Hendrickson.
The Federation said Hendrickson has accepted a professional opportunity abroad, ending his tenure with the national programme. His final assignment was the recently concluded Under-20 Men’s campaign.
Hendrickson was appointed in August 2024, and his contract was renewed in October 2025 for 18 months. He oversaw the team during Concacaf Nations League fixtures and other international matches.
His departure marks another change in leadership for the national side, which had previously been guided by Interim Head Coach Theon Gordon for 18 months following the exit of Kendale Mercury.
In the interim, Wade Jackson, First Assistant Coach, has been named caretaker head coach. Jackson will lead the team in upcoming Concacaf Series Friendlies in Bonaire, where Saint Vincent and the Grenadines will face Bonaire on March 26, 2026, and Barbados on March 29, 2026.
The SVGFF said it has begun the process of identifying a permanent replacement and will continue preparations for future international competitions. The Federation thanked Hendrickson for his work with the national team.
