Christmas lights at the Botanical Gardens will be turned on tonight as The Nine Nights of Lights season begins.
The gates open at 6:00 p.m., and the show begins at 7:00 p.m.
The organizers say patrons can expect live entertainment, captivating performances, delicious food stalls, meet and greet with Santa, and magical light displays.
This year, the event which usually attracts thousands of people over the nine nights before Christmas is expected to be a reduced version in terms of light displays as Hurricane Beryl significantly impacted the vegetation at the Botanical Gardens.
The food and entertainment offerings during each night, however, are expected to be of high standards just as in previous years.
The admission for children is $5 while adults will pay $10.
