Man shot and killed with message left at the scene

We are investigating a killing that took place this morning at the Young Island Dock area in Villa.

The deceased has been identified as Brent Hackshaw. (Updated)

Neither the perpetrator(s) nor the circumstances surrounding the incident are known at this time.

But a message was reportedly left on the scene which read: When u owe pay”.

Police are on the scene and they are investigating.
