The National Labour Congress (NLC) has announced the appointment of a new executive committee, signaling a renewed commitment to championing the rights of workers and strengthening collaboration among affiliated unions and stakeholders across St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

The newly appointed executive committee includes Elroy Boucher as President, Tishanna Reid Da Breo as General Secretary, Roxanne Pompey as Assistant General Secretary, Gary Lewis as Treasurer, and Dorcas Joseph-Williams, Joseph “Burns” Bonadie, and Denniston Samuel as Committee Members.

In a statement released on March 25, 2026, the Congress said the appointments followed recent internal deliberations and were made in accordance with the organization’s constitution.

The new executive is tasked with guiding the affairs of the Congress, advancing labour rights, and fostering stronger ties between unions and the wider workforce.
