Applications are now open for the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC)’s 12th Annual MyApp Summer Programme, an initiative designed to introduce secondary school students across St. Vincent and the Grenadines to the fundamentals of coding, mobile app development, and robotics.

The NTRC stated that the programme offers a hands-on learning experience in coding, mobile app development, and robotics, while helping students develop practical digital skills and creativity, as well as gain early exposure to opportunities within the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector.

For 2026, the MyApp Summer Programme will be hosted across three locations to expand access and reach students nationwide. Sessions will be held at Union Island Secondary School from July 13 to 24, 2026; St. Joseph’s Convent Marriaqua from July 27 to August 7, 2026; and St. Vincent Grammar School from August 3 to 14, 2026.

Application forms are available at the NTRC office, as well as online via the Commission’s official Facebook and Instagram pages and website, http://www.ntrc.vc. Interested applicants can also contact the NTRC via WhatsApp at 457-2279 for more information. The deadline for applications is June 20, 2026.

The NTRC says the initiative reflects its continued commitment to empowering young people by building digital competencies and encouraging innovation in an increasingly technology-driven world.
