The Bethel High School student who was rushed to hospital this afternoon reportedly received multiple stabs and kicks from a group of students.
The incident reportedly occurred at Lower Kingstown Park area near a pre school between 3:30-3:45 p.m.
The student whose name is being withheld at this time is reported to have received several stabs in her back and kicks about her body including in her chest area. The stabs are not life-threatening.
The circumstances around the incident are not yet clear, but One News SVG understands that a group of students might be involved in the stabbing.
The affected student was rushed to hospital by a civilian.
