The man who died after falling from a building in Villa on February 4, was reportedly electrocuted, sources close to the matter told One News SVG.
The man, Lemone “Spanny” Baptiste of Georgetown who was employed with a construction company, was reportedly electrocuted while working on the four-storey building frame. He fell from the building frame after electrocution and sustained further injuries such as a fractured skull.
He was taken to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
A post mortem is expected to be performed on his body to ascertain the exact cause of death.
Police are likely to investigate the matter and issue a release.
