VACANCY #1: Support Services Agent at the Eastern Caribbean Asset Management Corporation (ECAMC)
Position Overview
In this role as an independent contractor to the ECAMC, you will play a key role in supporting our operations in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, ensuring smooth coordination of property management activities and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in property management, real estate, or administrative support who is looking for a flexible and dynamic work environment.
This is a fixed-term independent contractor arrangement for an initial period
of five S) months renewable subittto sstsctory performance and doct not constitute an employment relationship with the ECAMC.
Applicants must be based in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Key Performance Requirements
Eduction Background
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Additional qualifications or certification in property management or business administration will be considered an asset.
Equipment
• Access to a laptop is mandatory for this position.
Transportation
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed).
Skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting boundaries, site maps and property: Excellent communication doth witten and veral.
High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in managing documents and scheduling appointments.
•Professional demeanor and appearance, with the ability to represent ECAMC effectively
Availability
• Availability is a critical requirement for this role. The selected contractor must be readily available to respond promptly to ECAM’s operational needs throughout the duration of the engagement.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: A fixed competitive hourty rate for services rendered. All compensation will be in Eastern Caribbean Dollars.
