The SVG Tennis Association (SVGTA) has received a boost to its administrative and tournament operations following the donation of a new printer by MAVCOM SVG.

On Thursday, May 14, 2026, Business Development Officer at MAVCOM SVG, Caleb Morris, officially handed over an Epson EcoTank L3250 printer to the executive team of the SVG Tennis Association.

According to the association, the equipment will enhance its operational capacity by improving its ability to manage large volumes of documents, particularly during busy tournament periods.

The SVGTA noted that while the printer may appear to be a simple piece of office equipment, it plays an important role in ensuring the smooth execution of tournaments and other activities, allowing organisers to focus on athletes and the development of the sport.

In a statement, President of the SVG Tennis Association, Dr Preye Griffith, expressed appreciation to Owner and Manager of MAVCOM SVG, Paul Morris, for supporting the association’s vision for sport in St Vincent and the Grenadines.

Dr Griffith described the contribution as more than a donation, calling it a strategic partnership and a direct investment in youth development and sports tourism.

He also highlighted the role of private sector support in helping sporting organisations achieve their goals, noting that partnerships of this nature demonstrate how businesses can create meaningful social impact while fulfilling their corporate social responsibility objectives and gaining visibility within the community.

The SVG Tennis Association thanked MAVCOM SVG for its support and said it looks forward to strengthening the relationship in the years ahead.
