The Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines have announced the launch of the OECS Data for Decision Making Project (SVG) – Tuition Scholarships 2025.
This announcement comes as part of the Government’s initiative to provide greater access to tertiary education, with scholarships also being offered to individuals wishing to pursue studies at Monroe College, in addition to the regular tuition scholarships.
In a press release, it was stated: “The World Bank-funded project aims to strengthen the capacity of participating countries to produce and publicly disseminate reliable statistical data, enabling more informed, data-driven decision making at both national and regional levels.”
Eligible applicants will be offered tuition-based scholarships which allow citizens to pursue tertiary education in key disciplines critical to national development: Statistics, Demography and Data Science.

This opportunity is open exclusively to citizens of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
According to the release, “Scholarships will be awarded for on-campus studies at The University of the West Indies. Through this programme, the government aims to develop a skilled workforce capable of supporting the National Statistical Office and advancing evidence-based governance in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.”
The application deadline is June 30, 2025.
