The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) said Jamal McMaster, who was a person of interest in an ongoing investigation into the offences of Kidnapping and Attempted Murder is now in custody.
On December 29, police issued a wanted bulletin for Mr. McMaster in connection with offenses alleged to have occurred on December 29, 2025.
One News SVG understands that the alleged kidnapping incident occurred in the Belair community and involved two individuals who were freed after police intervention.
Police had said on December 29 that Jamal McMaster is considered armed and extremely dangerous. Members of the public are strongly advised not to approach this individual under any circumstances.
It is not clear if McMaster turned himself in or was apprehended.
