The competition continues today, Friday, May 29, 2026, with a full schedule of preliminary fixtures across all four zones.

With multiple matches decided by narrow margins across both opening days and several strong individual performances already recorded, the 2026 Inter-Primary Schools Developmental Cricket Competition has begun on a highly competitive note across the island.

The early intensity and emerging talent on display are also seen as an encouraging sign for the future of cricket in St Vincent and the Grenadines, as the developmental programme continues to nurture young players and strengthen the pipeline for the national game.
