MS CANDACE YOLANDA MATTHIAS of New Grounds died on Saturday March 23rd at the age of 56. The funeral takes place on Saturday April 27th at the Union Methodist church. The body lies at the church from 1pm. The Service begins at 2:00. Burial will be at the Sans Souci Cemetery.
